Shipping Policy

Potent Parts' shipping policy is outlined below. We value your business with us and are committed to creating the best experience possible for our customers. This policy is a general explanation of our practices in regards to shipping but we will always do our best to beat the expectations we set with our customers.   1. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays. 

  2. Lead times for items out-of-stock can range between 1-4 weeks.

  3. Shipping costs vary based on the users location and the size and weight of the order. All shipping costs will be incurred by the user.

  4. Domestic shipping is available to the lower 48 states at one rate and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at a higher rate. No international shipping is available at this time but please check back with us in the future for updates in regards to this.

  5. Potential service interruptions include holidays, local and federal, weather delays, and other instances that could possibly delay order processing and shipping.
