Refund Policy

Potent Parts offers refunds for returned parts that are not customized. All non-custom parts can be returned with a restocking fee of 20%. Refunds will be processed once the item or items is received by Potent Parts and examined by our quality control department. Once it is verified that a refund is warranted, it may take 1-7 days for the funds to appear in your financial account depending on the financial institution used for the purchase. Return shipping labels will not be provided and customers will incur the cost of return shipping. There are no returns on customized parts. Please be aware of this before purchasing any customized parts or accessories.
